Clinic Management

Dental practice has undergone rapid changes in the last 20 years. Previously, our profession focused mainly on addressing tooth loss and extracting painful teeth, but today, it has evolved into a completely different dimension with the developments that have occurred. These advancements in both aesthetic and functional treatments have increased the prestige and recognition of dentistry. The changes in our profession are not only scientific but also significant in the service sector due to the growing importance of the experience economy in our lives. There has been a shift from small private practices to larger polyclinics. The rapid pace of these changes can lead to problems between the commercial aspect and the medical aspect of the profession. My goal is to raise awareness on certain issues with my dual identity as both a dentist and a business manager.
