Multidisciplinary gap closure with minimal invasive Resin bonded fixed dental prostheses

Gap closure and substitution of missing teeth in the aesthetic area is very demanding. Treatment with implants requires several surgical procedures with bone augmentation and soft tissue management. When using conventional bridges, too much tooth structure is unnecessarily prepared.

Due to advances in adhesive technology and improved materials, gaps in the aesthetic area can be treated economically, minimal invasive with very slight preparations and in a short period of time. Most treatments are carried out without anesthesia. Patients for whom implants are not possible and young patients benefit from treatment of gaps with minimal invasive Resin bonded fixed dental prostheses. In this conference the details and

multidisciplinary treatment of a patient with congenital anomalies in the aesthetic area of the maxilla will be presented.
